Amerlight Energy is focused on meeting the renewable goals of our nation’s utilities, states and cities.

We work closely with our customers to meet their design, permitting, finance and installation needs for the following:

1) Community Scale Solar

2) Utility and Community Scale Battery Storage

3) Immediate Energy Demand Response Delivery

Our energy production systems are typically built on Amerlight owned, our customer’s or a third party leased property at a defined low or no cost to the customer. Amerlight Energy will generate and sell the power or the battery system to the host customer at a defined fixed rate that is typically lower than the local utility’s retail rate. In addition, Amerlight Energy offers options for non-escalated pricing. Our goal is to provide our customer with lower electricity prices to offset the purchase of electricity from the grid, reduce high demand energy costs and create stronger grid stability. We offer flexible PPA options with a range from 10 to 25 years and work closely upfront with our customer to create a maintenance requirement plan that minimizes backend generated selling price. At contract term, Amerlight Energy offers options to extend the contract, purchase the system or remove and restore the property.

PPA Benefits

 No or low upfront capital costs: During the proposal process, Amerlight Energy will work with our customer to define responsibility for all upfront costs of sizing and installing the renewable system. With little or no upfront investment, the customer reduces energy cost immediately upon system start-up.

 Fixed, predictable cost of electricity: With a fixed escalator plan, the customer’s energy price rises at a defined, predetermined rate. With Amerlight Energy’s fixed price plan, our customer maintains a constant price throughout the term of the PPA ensuring a fixed cost of energy that offsets any utility industry price increases over time.

 Risk Management: Amerlight Energy maintains responsibility for the system’s operation and performance. This provides the customer a low risk and predictable cost model long term.
